Backup Direct are delighted to be announced as a “Customer Kings 2010” award winner in recognition of our 'exceptional' levels of customer engagement and service.

Real business joined forces with Cisco and spent five months soliciting submissions from across all sectors in the UK. The award was fiercely contested but in the end eight winners, eight highly commended and an overall winner of winners were elected. The judges included: Simon Nixon, founder of online price comparison site moneysupermarket.com and SimonSeeks.com; Real Business’ Charles Orton-Jones; Tricia Philips, business, careers and finance editor of The Daily Mirror; and Cisco’s own David Critchley, Director of UK SME and Commercial Division.
