CISCO LABELS BATH-BASED IT FIRM ‘CUSTOMER KING’
Bath, March 26th 2010 – Bath-based IT services firm, Backup Direct, were today chosen as winner of Real Business Magazine’s ‘Customer Kings’ award. Sponsored by Cisco, ‘Customer Kings’ is a programme that recognises small to medium sized UK companies that provide exceptional levels of customer engagement and service.
Real business Magazine joined forces with Cisco and spent five months soliciting submissions from across all sectors in the UK. The panel of experts included Simon Nixon, founder of online price comparison site moneysupermarket.com and SimonSeeks.com; Real Business’ Charles Orton-Jones; Tricia Philips, business, careers and finance editor of The Daily Mirror; and Cisco’s own David Critchley, Director of UK SME and Commercial Division.
