Backup Direct acquires Back2Go and BackupMyStuff

Company further consolidates its leadership position in online data protection services

BATH, UK, August 31, 2007 - Backup Direct (On Direct Business Services Ltd)) today announced the acquisition of Back2Go and BackupMyStuff, established online data backup services for UK SMBs.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Gordon Munro, founder of Back2Go, will remain with the joint operation developing new service offerings and international expansion opportunities.
