If you have forgotten your account details then our Support team can reset your username and password pending security checks. Please contact them using the details to the left.
Please note however that for security reasons and protection of your personal data the Backup Direct Support Team have no access to your encryption key. It is know only to you and is used to encrypt all of your data. This means that if you have lost or forgotten your encryption key then unfortunately you will be unable to access your account or the data protected within it.
In this circumstance you will need to create a new account (with a new password and encryption key) and then resend your backup selection to the data centre. Please contact the support team if you require any assistance with this process.
