Your account has a preset limit on the amount of data which you can protect. This amount will have been set when you purchased the service from Backup Direct. In order to make changes to this amount you will need to contact our Service Team using the details in the left hand column of this page.
Please note that changing your account data limit may affect how much you are charged, however this will be explained in full when talking to one of our customer service representatives.
