Payment for services is by Direct Debit, which provides simplicity, control and security. The Direct Debit Scheme is guaranteed by the UK banking industry and promises you:
- An immediate money back guarantee from your bank in the event of an error
- Advance notice if the date or amount changes
- The right to cancel your Direct Debit Instruction at any time
A copy of our Direct Debit form can be obtained here. To join the Direct Debit scheme or to change your details, simply complete the form and post it back to:
Backup Direct, The Tramshed, Walcot Street, Bath BA1 5BB.
Once we process your instruction, we will send you a unique reference number in the form of OLB/1234; you can use this number to identify and track payments on your bank account.
