Is Nokia's plan to enter the PC market a good idea? It seems to me to be a bit of a knee jerk reaction to other traditional PC manufacturers bullying into their space.

Regardless as to what their real motives are, I'm curious to see how it will be received. There are plenty of previous failed diversification strategies out there.

I am a massive fan of the iPhone. A big pat on the back for Apple because I , like others, have once again been sold down the river by their marketing department.

There is something about the product that just oozes ‘cool’.

But I recently came across quite a disturbing story about the iPhone which, although hasn’t put me off them in the slightest, still highlights the unpredictability of the technology we have all become so obsessed with.
