Your account has a preset limit on the amount of data which you can protect. This amount will have been set when you purchased the service from us. In order to make changes to this amount you will need to contact our Support Team using the details in the left hand column of this page. Please note that changing your account data limit may affect how much you are charged, however this will be explained in full when talking to one of our support representatives.
NB If you are on one of our "Unlimited packages" and you have received a notification that you are running out of data storage at the data centre then you are approaching the technical limit of the service. If you experience this situation then please contact our Support team using the details in the left hand column of this page.
