The software routinely inspects more than 350,000 attributes of incoming email messages to eliminate spam, viruses, and unwanted content from your email environment. As the only managed service to control ProofPoint's best-in-class MLX technology, this Security Service is able to provide the maximum rate of spam and virus eradication with the fewest false positives.

Unlike many other email security managed services, the Security Service is fully integrated with Microsoft Exchange, Outlook®, and Active Directory. It's the only managed service to leverage real-time directory synchronization to completely automate user management, to automatically add personal contacts to safe lists, and to ensure that invalid addresses are blocked at the perimeter. Unlike other managed services, Iron Mountain's Security Service allows users to manage safe/block lists directly from Microsoft Outlook.
