There is none of the normal hassle and liabilities associated with delivering online backup services directly. |
Resellers have a sales force with a technical focus on Backup Direct™ solutions. They have the experience and resources required to sell, implement, support and bill Backup Direct™ services. Resellers provide standard Backup Direct™ services, often as an add-on to their current services. |
Partners are awarded this designation because of their commitment, experience and success with Backup Direct™. Online backup is usually of strategic importance to Gold Partners and they have invested in dedicated sales and support for Backup Direct™ solutions. |
