Help is always available should you have any problems. Try first referring to the relevant section in the software help area. You can access this at any time by pressing F1 on the keyboard or by clicking on menu item at the top of the screen.

If this does not resolve your question, you can send an email to denise@appointmentspro.co.uk and someone will respond with an appropriate answer either by email or by telephone if the issue is more complex.

It should be noted that, although not 100% guaranteed, problems are rare and those that do occur are easily resolved. Our software is mature and stable ensuring a generally smooth installation and day to day operation.
