Learn moreHow do I cancel my account?The minimum period of use of the service is three months during which the
subscription cannot be cancelled. Thereafter, you can cancel the subscription
giving only one month's notice on or before the anniversary of the subscription
date.
To cancel your service, you must notify Backup Direct™. We will confirm the
receipt of your cancellation notice and provide the date the service will cease
and any final payments to be made by you. Your subscription remains active and
billable until such notification is received by Backup Direct and confirmed
in writing to you.
