All customers of Backup Direct have access to free remote desktop support should they need it. Our dedicated Service Team will run through installation processes with you, troubleshoot common problems and help you get your services working efficiently again.
To request desktop support, create a ticket in the Request Support page and one of our technicians will be in touch to give you a unique 6-digit log-in code. You will then need to return to this page and enter the code into the field below which will help the technician connect onto your machine for remote help.
