Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated and talented individuals to join our sales team. Through a structured training program, you will handle in-bound sales enquires, qualify opportunities, prepare proposals and close potential deals.

Career Development

Initially, you will join our ‘Q-Team', where you will learn about our products and services, how to qualify sales opportunities and support senior sales staff. Training will be provided both in specific technologies as well as using on-going sales training. After an induction period, your role will evolve into either one of two positions 1) a quota carrying new-business development role or 2) a customer account management role. In each case, there is plentiful opportunity to earn significant commission. This position gives you an ideal opportunity to enter the world of professional IT sales.

Personal Requirements

This role requires a confident and empathetic candidate with excellent communication skills. You must be a fast learner, being able to quickly absorb often complex and technical concepts. You must be able to communicate credibly and easily with senior business managers and IT professionals. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the art and craft of professional IT selling in a supportive environment.

Academic Requirements

Normally, educated to degree standard with a technical or analytical background. More important, however, are required sales traits: empathy, energy and enthusiasm.
