Job Description

We are looking for individuals to join our technical support team on a structured training program. Working closely with technical specialists, you will provide best-in-class support to customers, partners and our existing sales team.

Career Development

Initially, you will learn key customer relationship and support skills on the help-desk, reporting to our support manager. This involves handling in-bound customer calls and as well routine out-bound customer service checkups. You will then be expected to deepen your knowledge in key technical areas such as Networking, Server Operating systems, etc. and obtain recognised certifications, with the support of the company. The possibility then exists to develop your career as a pre or post-sales engineer as both you and the company develops.

Personal Requirements

The candidate will be a confident and empathetic person with excellent communication skills.  You must be a quick learner, being able to quickly absorb often complex and technical concepts. You must also be able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical customers to help solve problems.

Academic Requirements

Educated to degree level (or equivalent) with a technical or analytical background.
