3. Support Centre
http://www.backupdirect.net/sc: Technical administration of your community of Backup Direct /PC backup accounts. Use this to run reports, upgrade or cancel accounts, reset password and access other security details. You will need your Technician ID and Password to access this resource (authorised technicians only).
4. Outlook backup plug-in
This add-in from Microsoft works with Outlook to produce a backup of the data automatically each day to a new location. This can be used to 'push' copies of users' Outlook data to a central area for backup off-site using Backup Direct. Note that Backup Direct can backup Outlook directly, but this utility avoids installing Backup Direct on each machine.
5. Backup Direct PC re-install

If you are using Backup Direct PC Connected account version 7 and wish to transfer it to a new machine, use this link to obtain the latest version of the software. Note that you will need your account number, password and encryption key to effect the transfer - please contact Service & Support on 0800 0789 438 or email support@backupdirect.net. To transfer or reinstall your Backup Direct PC account Version 8 to a new machine go to www.backupdirect.net/myroam entering your account credentials and follow the on-screen instructions. 1. LiveVault Web Control
https://backupdirect.onlinebackup.com/: Web control panel for LiveVault server vaulting. Use this to add servers, configure backups and restore data. You will need your account ID and password to log on.
